The EPC year is fast coming to an end. We are planning our traditional and special Spouses Night celebration.

TIME: 6:00 PM Music and Drinks, 7:00 PM Dinner and Music. 7:45 Presentation and Tasting
The music will be brought to us by Neil Buettner, guitarist/vocalist, and poplar local musician.
The presentation and tasting is being provided by Cold House Vodka with Master Distiller, Lee Palleschi of Valley Spirits. We will learn about a small craft distillery and moonshine. And we will have the opportunity to sample flavored vodka.
Selection for the meal entre is either Tri Tip with Red Wine Sauce or Oven Roasted Chicken with Rosemary Au Jus.
