Our 2016 Fall Seminar will once again feature a selection of speakers, and will be held at the Community Hospice offices on Spyres Way in Modesto.
The SCEPC 2016 Annual Fall Seminar is set for Wednesday, October 26, 2016. This year we will have seven guest speakers; Richard Oshins, Esq.; David Eckstein, and Tom Berg Managing Directors of FMV Opinions; John Krohn, CPA; Steven Walker, Esq.; plus our own Stacey Speiler and Alana Scott. Topics will cover: New 2704(b) Treasury Regs; Valuation issues; BDITs; Installment Sales under IRC §453A(v)(3)(B) for farmers; Tax Controversies; and Estate Planning for Divorce and Remarriage, etc.
